Murphy Staying!

There has been speculation in the media, speculation that we also commented on, about Danny Murphy possibly going to Queens Park Rangers next season, to work as a player coach with Mark Hughes.

Well it looks as if that speculation wasn`t well founded with remarks we`ve tracked down in the press today inferring that Murphy expects to be at Craven Cottage next season with our midfielder quoted as having remarked,

"I have spoken to the club a couple of times but there`s no great urgency with me because I`m happy and they are happy with me. I`d be surprised if it didn`t get sorted."

We`ll take it as a done deal then shall we!

Good I think Murphy will be a good coach and if he keeps himself fit he has a part to play on and off the pitch
