Dempsey Bid Imminent?
We`ve always feared that Clint Dempsey might be snapped up by a bigger club.
Ever since he starred for the USA in the Confederations Cup, in South Africa, his profile has been high.
This season his goal-scoring feats have, once again, attracted attention and with Clint having a mere fourteen months left on his contract before he becomes a free agent, there are fears that he could bid farewell to Craven Cottage.
Even more so when it`s being reported in the morning tabloid press that the Italian giants of AS Roma are looking at paying something in the region of £7 million to acquire his services.
We can only wait and watch!
