'If It's Football, It's Vital'

A Top Ten Club!

As we prepare to face Bolton, in a couple of hours, Martin Jol, like us, has ambitions for our club.

Jol has high-hopes that Fulham can make that natural progression to becoming a top-ten club.

Speaking about just that, Jol has remarked to the media,

"We are happy to have the points we have. Hopefully we can stay in this position."

"Fulham were lucky to win their last few games last season and that brought them the eighth position."

"What I would like in the future is to be a top-10 side structurally from the start of the season until the end."

What? No more flirting with relegation? Wouldn`t life be boring!

It's Martin Jol, mate. His usual gameplan is to bore opposition to death.

Missed it, unfortunately! Gotta check highlights and see!

Is that a little dig aimed at how Hughes got us to 8th last season? "Fulham were lucky to win their last few games last season and that brought them the eighth position." Hmmmm.....

i feel like last season and this season have both been structured pretty similarly... flirt with relegation mid season, and finish strong... hopefully jol stays on to next season and fulham can have some continuity...
