Zamora Going?

As the hours have ticked by it is looking more and more likely that Bobby Zamora will be leaving Craven Cottage.

As I sit here tapping away at the keyboard, I`m reading, from various sources, that a 4 million fee has been agreed with Queens Park Rangers and that personal terms have been agreed.

Apparently, all that needs to be completed before Bobby becomes an ex-Fulham player is the medical.

A successful medical will place Bobby in that elite category of players who have been on the books of four London clubs.

And if the fee really has been agreed at 4 million then we`ve let a gem go for virtually nothing and it will be a sad, sad day for Fulham Football Club!

4 million? that is ridiculous. i'm sorry, but i don't care if bobby slept with his daughter, jol needs to evaluate his players on talent and not attitude or if he likes them. This is ridiculous.

4 million! A week ago Mo wasn't agree to let him go to Hughes for twice the price, now what's the matter?

Bobby did what?

Depends who you listen to, I have heard of 4m, 6m and 8. The first would be criminal; the last would be unbelieveable; and the second would seem about rightv

I've heard 4m-8m depending on the source, so who knows. This is a business, so I won't be furious if he goes for a decent price, but we'd better have something planned because his departure would leave us even more dependent on Dempsey to score goals and, oh-by-the-way, Zamora is the one who set up a lot of those Dempsey goals, so he's not easily replaced.

The 8 should, of course read 8m.
