Villa Bound?

The axing of Bobby Zamora from the eighteen that went to Swansea has reignited all those transfer rumours that were doing the rounds a couple of weeks ago.

The latest club, if the press hounds are to be believed, showing an interest in Bobby are Aston Villa.

The inference being that Alex McLeish is looking to bolster his strike force with the acquisition of another proven striker.

Not sure if there is any real evidence of any real interest from Villa but the grapevine is occasionally proven to be correct.

Villa need an attacking Mid Field player and a Right back, don't think Zamora is needed? COTVABU

He will be needed if we can some how offload Heskey to the foxes or someone else, Bobby would be an upgrade and looks like a player who puts in a shift which we currently don't get with Bent when we really need someone to work hard, Bent is just a player who likes everything on a plate and won't actually work for the team, and even still he missed two sitters at the weekend.

Obvious that Jol and Zamora don't get along. I could see this happening.
