Briggs - A Chance to Shine!

Briggs - A Chance to Shine!

I don`t usually follow international football, let alone U21 fixtures, but I`m going to make an exception.

It`s a decision taken partly because there is another break in domestic football to accommodate international football but also because there is a Fulham involvement.

Tonight, the U21 side, under the leadership of Stuart Pearce, takes on Iceland and I`m sincerely hoping that Matthew Briggs, who is in the squad, is given the chance to shine.
