Youngster Makes England U21 Squad
The England U21 squad has been announced for the forthcoming Euro 2013 qualifiers.
England, under the leadership of Stuart Pearce, face two games in quick succession with Norway and Iceland the opponents.
The reason we mention this is that one of our youngsters has been named in the squad.
Matthew Briggs, who has been involved a fair bit this season and who looks set to make that breakthrough into the first team squad, has been named in the squad and we look forward to seeing how he fares, if given the chance to impress.
