Plan B!

Talking to the press, at his conference ahead of the fixture with Blackburn Rovers, Martin Jol gave an exclusive insight the capture of the Porto striker, Orlando Sa!

It appears that Sa may not have been the original target with that tag being stuck firmly on the Marseille striker, Andre-Pierre Gignac.

We`ll let Martin take up the story,

"As you know, the transfer window is a madhouse in England."

"Gignac wanted to stay but had to go back. First they said you can get him on loan and then they said, 'No we don`t have another player for him`, so they called him back." That was pretty annoying."

"Sa was our Plan B and he was waiting in the corridor. But I was very happy to give him more attention and the window has worked out well for us."

Not knowing that much about Sa, it remains to be seen what kind of impact he`ll have this season.

let's hope he's one for the future... it's good to get youth in, now let's see if they're quality...
