More on Grygera

Has somebody pulled off a deal that could be called smart to say the least?

Yesterday, we reported on how Martin Jol had identified the Czech international, Grygera, as somebody who could add something to the squad.

The versatile defender, able to play at right-back or centre back, is currently (as we stated yesterday), on the books of Juventus.

This morning one informed tabloid source is implying that Fulham have struck a deal whereby they`ll be offering the player a one year contract but, more importantly, only paying him £20,000 a week of the reported £120,000 a week he is on at the Serie A club.

It`s being reported that the Italian club are prepared to pay the other £100,000 a week.

If true, it is a remarkable deal!
