Youngster Goes North of the Border!

I kind of hoped that Martin Jol would give our young striker Lauri Della Vale a chance or two this season.

That doesn`t appear to be the case now though with news breaking that the Finnish striker is on his way to play for Dundee United in Scottish football.

But, looking on the bright side, playing north of the border should benefit him enormously as we`d hope he`ll be a regular starter for Dundee United.

We`ll be monitoring events and reporting accordingly!

Regular first team football is better than anything we could have offered him. Good luck to him. Lets hope its a productive loan spell.

i hope he plays and i hope he develops... it would be good to get some youth into the team, and what better way than through the system...

This doesn't make much sense, unless Jol has another forward lined-up. We have precious little depth as it is and I thought he'd be handy for Europa League and domestic cups.
