'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Greening`s Gone!

I`m a gentle sort!

Your reactions to the possible departure of Jonathan Greening were a touch harsh if you ask me.

But the crux of the matter is that he`s now gone.

Nottingham Forest have handed over a sum of £600,000 for his services and Martin Jol, will be scouring the market to see if he can bolster his midfield.

Meanwhile, although he`s dropped down into the Championship, it appears that Greening has landed on his feet.

He`s guaranteed first-team football and the word is that Steve McClaren has decided to hand the captain`s armband to him as well.

Now just watch as we draw Forest in one of the two domestic cups!

I can feel it in my bones!

Good luck to him, he didn't get a good run of games with us and he did turn in some good performances but was always going to play second fiddle to Murphy and Etuhu, I think he’ll do well for Forest
