'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fulham - Kameni Update

For the second time in a week we`re linked with the Espanyol goalkeeper, Carlos Kameni.

Apparently, well according to the gossip columns, we`re preparing to pay a sum of £3 million for the twenty-seven year old keeper who has, in his own words, expressed a desire to play in the Premier League, commenting,

"Nothing is done yet but things can move quickly in football. I`d love to play in the Premier League."

"It is a fantastic league and very competitive for keepers."

Like we said before, why would we be interested, surely Stockdale is our man if Schwarzer were to leave this summer!

Thought about this one a lot, I would like to see Stockdale given the chance if Schwarzer was to leave and I don’t see this guy to be a number 2 strange rumour

i think this would be a good buy as jol knows him and he is an experienced international. I think it would be great competition for stockdaleor mark and having 2 good keepers adds to a balanced squad. if one become injuried the number 2 can step in easily. Is mark or david about to leave?
Leonestar
it's an odd one... i don't think schwarzer's about to leave, and stockdale better not get sold, as he's our future... he's been linked to us for years now, under different managers and all... very strange...
woodysweats
Kameni was strongly linked to Spurs whilst Jol was in charge of the club, so this might well be a deal he would fancy.

If he's Jol's favourite then it will make Stockdale's season boring again.
