'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Re-establishing the Partnership?

With Martin Jol now employed as the manager of Fulham Football Club, it remains to be seen what changes will be made to the backroom staff.

The history books show that a new manager feels most comfortable with his own backroom staff beside him.

One suggestion doing the rounds is that Jol may well seek to recreate his partnership with Chris Hughton, a partnership that thrived when the duo steered Tottenham to fifth place in the Premier League, in consecutive seasons.

But there could be one problem reassembling the so-called 'dream team` and that being Chris Hughton has carved out a managerial career of his own since that partnership with Jol.

Would Hughton be willing to work as a number two again?

It remains to be seen!
