Comforting Words From Hughes

Any fears, expressed earlier this week, relating to Mark Hughes exercising the clause in his contract that could see him walk away on June 1st, appear to have eased.

Talking about the situation, Mark appears in no rush to pack his bags with the boss remarking to the media,

"I enjoy a good relationship with the owner, players and supporters of Fulham and look forward to continuing that next season."

"I`m very happy at Craven Cottage and am looking forward enormously to building on what we have achieved this season."

It looks like that one has almost been put to bed then!
