Davies Back Amongst the Goals

Simon Davies has forced his way back into the starting eleven in the last couple of matches.

He`d accept it`s not been the best of seasons` for him but he looks to have come good just at the right time as far as a push for a surge up the table is concerned.

On Saturday, as Fulham carved out a rare away win, Davies scored a brace and his enthusiasm to burst into the area, leaving his markers behind, was the paramount reason for his brace, a brace that saw him remark afterwards,

"I got my toe on the second one just, so I`m taking it."

"That`s only my fourth goal of the season and I`ve been in and out of the side in the last couple of months, so it`s fantastic to get back amongst the goals."

We`ll second that!

i comment i must agree with... he was making those run and challenging the sunderland defense... he has to get credit for that... well played game...
woodysweats
great to see him back.....we have a really strong experienced midfield and they have adapted well to hughes wishes!
Leonestar
like Hughes inferred - let's push for a seventh place finish!
Putney
reckon we'll struggle to achieve that to be honest - Arsenal and Liverpool at home are two tricky games!
Al Billy
win one and lose one but I don't know which will be which, if you get my drift!
Fulham Badger
tricky games indeed but at home why not win our last 3 coyw

Well, well, well... the long silent voices (or keyboards) of Al Billy and Fulham Badger emerge from the wilderness. Welcome back!
