Cottagers Linked With Striker

A little piece of transfer speculation for you to digest!

This morning one of our nations leading tabloids has us linked with the possible recruitment of the Real Mallorca striker Pierre Webo

The twenty-nine year old has scored 23 time sin 106 games for the Spanish club and he has expressed a desire to try his luck in the Premier League after eight years in La Liga.

The tabloid goes on to report that he has previously been a target for Blackburn and Bolton and that this time around Fulham have rivals in the shape of Everton for his possible signature.

One to follow perhaps?

Hardly prolific, but a decent pro. If the price is right, he might be a decent backup. Might be particularly useful if we qualify for Europa League.

agreed... we need someone with more quality if gera and kamara are out the door...

could do better
truth sayer ffc
i want younger and more hungry players not someone looking for his retirement funding building programme......
Leonestar
hang on woodsweats gera is attacking mid field and i would much prefer him to a 29 year old has been, who is trying to get a prem pay package.....
Leonestar
Not my first choice, either, but I'd take him over Gera, who as it happens, turned 32 today and has scored exactly 5 PL goals in 3 seasons. Gera's been a great cup player and a tireless worker for us, but it's time for him to move on. I'd certainly prefer a 24-year-old Shane Long type to a 29-year-old Pierre Webo, but frustratingly we never seem to land those types.

actually now im sober, forget gera, lets get this dalle valle up and running in the first team squad!
Leonestar
is he still out on loan then?
