Fulham - Zamora on that Spot-Kick!

Fulham - Zamora on that Spot-Kick!

We`ve what seems like an eternity to wait for our next game but on the positive side it does give us some extra time to reflect on the events of Saturday afternoon when, this time, we did manage to convert a last minute penalty.

Bobby Zamora, now back in the squad and slowing getting back to the level of match-fitness he was at before that clash with Karl Henry of Wolves, was brave enough to step forward to take that last gasp spot-kick and afterwards he reflected on that moment, commenting to the media,

"I don`t normally take penalties but there were a few nervous people out there and Danny Murphy had been substituted."

"Clint picked the ball up and passed it straight to me, so he obviously didn`t want it and I was happy to take it and get my name back on the score-sheet."

Thankfully, unlike Clint against Chelsea, the keeper wasn`t able to thwart Bobby!

Fulham Still Interested in Derby Striker

It`s 18:40 (UK time) and all hope is not lost with regards to bringing another striker to Craven Cottage.

Former Player Gets Contract North of the Border

Earlier this summer it was reported, in an article that we produced, a former servant of our club was on trial at Glasgow Rangers.

No Adebayor for Fulham!

Well that`s the end of that then!

Fulham after Adebayor?

It is transfer deadline day and I`m scratching around to see if there is any information relating to any possible movements in or out of Craven Cottage.
