'If It's Football, It's Vital'

It`s On Your Toes Fulham Boys!

Having, unfortunately, exited the FA Cup against Bolton, on Sunday, Fulham now face a fixture list composed entirely of Premier League games.

Our first priority will be to ensure that we harvest enough points not to have any relegation fears but there`s also a fair chance that Mark Hughes will be casting an eye on preparations for next season.

A few comments on the official site, shown below,

'I'm constantly looking at how the players perform, because I expect us to train how we play, so I'm looking to make sure the intensity is correct and that's reflected in my selections."

'It's not just a case of if a player played well two weeks ago, they'll play this week."

'It's about making sure they're right for the game that's ahead of us, and that goes for every position.'

would seem to indicate that nobody is now afforded the luxury of a regular first team start and that Mark is intent on playing the best eleven available each week, irrespective of past reputations.

Good on you Mark, a good shake-up sometimes works wonders.

Message to Moussa Dembele - Bobby's back!
Teddy_KGB
should that be a message to aj too? disconcerting news is that greening will get some playing time before the end of the season... if etuhu's still injured that's fine, but i'd rather have a healthy etuhu and sidwell than a healthy sidwell and greening...

Well i would have dempsey and dembele on the wings and aj and bobby up front.....

I have no fierce objection to that lineup, but we might get too narrow in attack as Dembele and Dempsey would tend to track to more of a central position. Dempsey definitely has a tendancy to do that. I'd like to see Kakuta get some time, also.

It's nice to have selection problems, isn't it? It's been a long time waiting for all the injuries to heal.
