Fulham - Konchesky Bargain?

The rumour-mill, in stark contrast to what we printed earlier this week, implies that Paul Konchesky will make his way back to Craven Cottage.

Having failed to reach a deal with regards to bringing him back on loan, the latest inference is that Mark Hughes will wait until the summer and buy him back for a million pound less than we sold him for.

Now that`s what I call good business!

If I had all summer to shop for a new LB, I think I could spend £3m a little better. It would need to be something like £1.5m to interest me in Konchesky, again.

konch did ok for us thats why we got 4 mill for himm would fit in well and knows the system would take him over sillydoe

It H could go either way....revitalise him or he continues on a down ward spiral. Personally no! I agree with teddy, get him on the cheap or look elsewhere. 3 mil would get us a good youngster. look at our current defensive make up. Hughes 1 mil, pantsil 1.5, Brede 2.5 baird 2 mil....
