Murphy Pens New Deal at Fulham!

On the eve of our titanic FA Cup clash with Tottenham Hotspur, the club has announced that Danny Murphy has signed a new contract.

The former Spurs man has extended his contract until 2012 to end any thoughts of our midfielder leaving Craven Cottage.

Good news all-round.

As it's just a one year deal, I'll not complain too loudly about this, but at some point he must find his replacement.

What a captain's performance against spurs....nice way to celebrate the contract extension. It would be great if he takes a coaching role at Fulham when he hangs his boots up.....much loved!!!
