Fulham - Striker Linked!

With the press reporting that Mark Hughes has the grand sum of £8 million to spend this January, to bolster the squad, we`re still waiting for any firm movement on transfers other than the recent acquisition of Steve Sidwell from Aston Villa.

Today, the media have thrown the name of a tall striker into the mix, that of Andrea Caracciolo, who plays for Brescia. Unfortunately not many facts are printed about the player, therefore, anyone care to help us out?

NEVER HEARD OF HIM OR HIS TEAM GET ROY KEAN OR SANTA CRUZ

boo to keane and santa cruz... at this point i'm more inclined to a striker i don't know that hughes has faith in than a couple of old strikers who i know can't do anything...

We don't need a forward, unless they can make their own shots. We need midfield help. Forwards always cost more than mids, so let's be smart. Maybe another Dempsey-type, who can play both.

We may really need a targetman we've lost in Zamora, for better link up with a midfield. There you go - 1.94m, 2 caps for Italia and Brescia's top scorer i guess. No one heard of him of corse, but record looks fine, why not then!

I really doubt we can fully rely on a midfield - no matter signings base's still not that classy.
