Fulham - Keane in the Frame!

There was a surprising development last night that is if the tabloid press has assembled their information correctly!

With Mark Hughes often bemoaning that the side lacks a cutting edge, primarily because of injuries to our forwards, it appears that Fulham have jumped to the head of the queue to sign the Spurs forward, Robbie Keane.

At one stage it had been decreed that Birmingham City were favourites to secure his signature but a reluctance to pay the reported transfer fee of £8 million has been cited as a reason for the deal falling through.

We, of course, await confirmation from the club over any official interest though!

question, when was the last time he was good?

With Bobby coming back next month do we really want to be spending that much money on someone, whose lets face it best years are behind them. I'd rather see us go for someone a bit younger.

he may be ok given a number of games we do do well with ex spurs players at least they dont have to move house
