Fulham in Blackburn Link!

The Blackburn centre back who can also play as an emergency striker, Chris Samba, has been making the news recently.

Following the sacking of Sam Allardyce, Samba expressed a desire to leave Ewood Park, a desire that has since been rescinded.

But, with Mark Hughes being fully aware of the capabilities of the player, it probably comes as no surprise that Fulham, under the management of Hughes, have been linked with a move for the player.

Now whilst admiring his qualities, I have to say that central defence isn`t an area that I`d suggest we need to be looking at on an urgent basis for improvement.

Besides, with Arsenal also reportedly in the race, it may all be hypothetical anyway!

I think Samba is terrific, but unless we're planning to sell Hangeland, I don't see any reason for it.

hes a pretty similar player to hangeland, big tall and strong. he'd be a great signing, but i hope he stays at ewood.
