Hughes Urges Fulham Unity!

Hughes Urges Fulham Unity!

That defeat on Boxing Day wasn`t supposed to happen!

Boxing Day was supposed to, against West Ham, provide those three banker points before we headed off on for two hard away matches, at Stoke and Spurs.

But we lost big time and now, to prevent our club getting truly sucked into a monumental relegation battle, we just have to break our away hoodoo and get something out of those two difficult games, starting with Stoke today.

Speaking about the trip to the Britannia Stadium, Aaron Hughes, who scored his first goal for six year son Boxing Day, has come across with two very valid points when he remarked to the media,

"Stoke is a difficult place to go but we have to get some points on the board so we don`t get stuck in the relegation zone."

"The most important thing for the club right now is that we don`t start pointing fingers at each other and picking holes in our team. We have to stick together and keep believing in ourselves."

True! Stoke is a hard place to go and yes, unity has to be maintained otherwise self implosion is a risk with consequences too awful to consider!
