Having sold Chris Smalling to Manchester United, the gossip columns infer that Sir Alex Ferguson is watching another of our youngsters.
The lad in question is Matthew Briggs, our promising ninetten year old defender who has featured in the Premier League this season.
At the moment Fulham are issuing a hands-off warning but we all know that big-money talks doesn`t it?

Wouldn't mind extra 8 million this January. And screw that 'feeder club' tags! I mean Smalling would have still been a backup player if stayed with us, and if so then it's awwwright!
