Fulham - Gera Call for More of the Same!

If I were to hold my hands up and be honest I never really expected our dreadful away record to end at the Emirates Stadium, did you?

But, on reflection, we gave as god as we got and we were unfortunate to come away with nothing.

It does, however, leave us looking over our shoulders at the relegation places and places pressure on the side to get something against Sunderland this coming weekend, a point Zoltan Gera has picked up on when talking to the press,

"We have to build on this performance and if we keep playing like we did today, we will start to pick up more points."

"We were unlucky but Samir Nasri scored two fantastic goals. We created chances and we were aggressive."

"The Sunderland game is massive for us, especially as we are at home. We need the three points. Hopefully we will play well like we did against Arsenal."

If we do, the three points stand more than a chance of coming our way!

let's hope we can stop conceding goals and get one in on the other end...

If we can play as well or a little better, we can take three points from Sunderland and Liverpool. However, I have very little confidence in the squads ability to maintain the intensity, right now. If we can't beat Brum at the Cottage, then we're certainly going to have trouble with Sunderland. We need some good fortune, as well. We've had no luck thus far this season.

I don't want more of the same because as it stands we'll be in a relegation fight. 16 games, 15 points, too many excuses.

I wouldn't worry Sunderland are atrocious away and being as your near the bottom a win should be a cert for you, having seen Wolves do us in. Never know though we did take Chelsea out maybe London can be lucky for us again.
