Fulham - New Style!

Changing managers usually results in two things!

Initially you tend to get a glut of good results and then you tend to get a period whereby a transitional period sets in as the playing staff acclimatise to the new style of play.

It makes you ponder whether the unbeaten start to our season fell into the first trait and that now we`re heading towards the transitional stage.

On Saturday there were periods when we looked to be confused, puzzled and struggled to break down a Villa defence that whilst being efficient are not noted as being amongst the best in the business.

Thankfully, a last gasp winner, from our towering Norwegian defender, Brede Hangeland, rescued a point and we now ponder a visit to the current champions, Chelsea.

Speaking about a scenario we`ve mentioned, Brede had this to say,

"We`ve got a new manager and he wants to impose his style of play and we are working as hard as we can to put that on to the field."

With two away games coming up, and reflecting on our poor away form when it comes to victories, let`s hope the new style comes to fruition very soon!
