'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fulham - Still on the Lookout

The transfer window may be shut, but that's a minor hindrance to Mark Hughes as he is supposedly planning a move for Juventus midfielder Hasan Salihamidzic.

The thirty-three year-old has been effectively frozen out of the Juventus squad and the Bosnian has not ruled out being released from his contract, thus making him available between transfer windows.

It could prove a good coup if the rumours are true, especially if no fee is involved.

However, I doubt we'd be the only one bargaining for his signature.

Gosh... a thirty-three year old who can't get in the squad for a club that can't even beat Fulham in a 2nd tier European competition... Wow, that is an appealing signing... NOT!

From what I've read about him, looks like Hughes would be signing him to give AJ some company on the physio table.
