Fulham - And Konchesky Goes!

Fulham - And Konchesky Goes!

And so Paul Konchesky, after watching Liverpool defeat West Bromwich Albion on Sunday, has got his wish.

The one-time international has got his wish to follow Roy Hodgson to Anfield signing a four year deal.

In return Fulham will be welcoming a little cash (I hope) and two Liverpool youngsters in the shape of Lauri Dalle Valle and Alex Kacaniklic.

Not sure what to make of all this!

Anyone care to help?

Have we come out of it better or have we been given two works in progress that might just be discribed as risky?

We've signed Salcido and are supposedly after Royston Drenthe, so I'm not worried. Of our regular back four over the past few seasons, he was our weakest defender and only a marginal attacker. Not overly concerned, but time will tell.

£3m is the figure I saw, plus the two youngsters. Not bad at all.

£3m isn't a good deal. They paid £17m, for Glen Johnson.

er vanilla what planet you on? glen johnson current england international .....scores goals....He was over priced if you ask me, but still a far better player than konch. We got more than we bought him for plus potentially 2 good youngsters thrown in.

I just been reading a few comments and the liverpool supporters and they are not happy at the deal especially 4 million cash plus two promising players. They dont feel konch is an improvement!!!!!Dalla Valle (great name) is meant to be a top notch striker in the making! well done hughes. The other player is a left sided midfield/defender. Happy days....
