Fulham - No Further Movement on Schwarzer Front!

The chances of Mark Schwarzer becoming an Arsenal player appear to be getting slimmer and slimmer with a stalemate having been reached.

Yesterday, Mark Hughes criticised the Arsenal approach and today the media carries further comments which imply Hughes is quite happy for Schwarzer to remain a member of his squad when he remarks,

"I would not be too upset if Mark was still here after the transfer window and I`d have no qualms about playing him as he`s a good professional."

"We are trying to reach a stage where everybody is happy, but it doesn`t look like it will happen before the window closes."

"I have to protect Fulham`s position because we have our own ambitions to fulfil."


Personally, I reckon it`s a deal that`s got last minute written all over it!

even at 37 mark is worth his weight in gold top 4 tap other clubs for there players but dont like it when it is done to them mark is stonger then roy and will dig his heels in on this one
