Fulham - Bellamy Plans Washed up on the Rocks!

Fulham - Bellamy Plans Washed up on the Rocks!

With a news conference planned for this afternoon (at the time of writing) at Cardiff, it doesn`t take a genius to work out that any plans we had to lure Craig Bellamy to Craven Cottage are about to be curtailed.

The word on the web is that the Welshman, who was given permission to train with Cardiff City yesterday, has fulfilled his wish to play for his boyhood club.

We could now go on and wax lyrical about it being a talent wasted and all that palaver but we suppose we`re cut from the same cloth, who wouldn`t give their right arm to play for the team they supported as a lad.

So all we`ll say is good luck Craig, hope it works out well for you!

Good luck to him. Disappointed we didn't get him I must say.

Would've greatly enhanced our attack, but as he would've been a short-term signing, I'm not terribly upset.
