Fulham - Freidel Reacts to Media Lies!

Talk yesterday of Brad Freidel being the straw that broke the back of the Aston Villa camel appears to have been just that - talk!

The story, as reported in certain aspects of the media and subsequently covered by ourselves, indicated that Martin O`Neill threw his toys out of the pram and quit after finding out that Freidel wanted to move to Craven Cottage.

Freidel has reacted to this accusation by since retorting.

"That story was made up. I never had contact with Fulham and never had a conversation with Martin O`Neill about Fulham."

Here at Vita Fulham we`re glad that the mater has been cleared up but we would like to suggest to Brad that Fulham is a lovely place and if he were a few years younger we might have been really interested in signing him!
