Fulham - Schwarzer Transfer Request?

I guess it was always something that was on the cards!

After expressing a desire to move to Arsenal with the lure of Champions League football proving a key factor and being told that he was going nowhere, we half expected our Australian goalkeeper, Mark Schwarzer, to hand in a transfer request.

According to the national institute that is The Sun that is exactly what has happened with Schwarzer trying to force a move to the Emirates Stadium.

With our new boss, Mark Hughes, having initiated a - they`re going nowhere - policy upon joining, it`ll be interesting to see what the outcome of this transfer request will be!

Plus it`s also interesting that Fulham, earlier this morning, denied that such a transfer request had even been submitted!

How stupid would he feel if Given doesn't start for City on Saturday and asks for a move... cause Wenger will snap him up and leave Schwarer where he is!

I've heard Wenger is after the Lyon keeper now anyway - nah, nah, nah , nah!

one part of being a good keeper is marshalling the defense in front of you... when has given ever had an organized defense in front of him? i hope we keep schwarzer...
