Fulham - Latest on Bellamy!

If the newspapers are correct, it looks like we`re chasing Craig Bellamy with serious intent.

Yesterday one tabloid carried the inference that Mark Hughes had persuaded Bellamy that Fulham would be a better destination that Spurs and today one of his Welsh international colleagues, Simon Davies, has had his say on acquiring the fiery character, remarking,

"Craig Bellamy is a top player and would be a great addition. I`m sure he would do well but it is speculation at the moment so we won`t get too excited yet. If the manager can pull it off, I`m sure he will try."

It may only be speculation but the saying no smoke without fire springs to mind!

Only one problem city wont sell and bellamy doesnt want to leave
actually thats 2 problems
Even though this is at a mere rumour stage I can see this going through. Might be a loan or something though, but, Hughes and Bellamy do seem to be best buddies of sorts.
City will sell and he will go if he is told he won't play much. The real problem id that Fulham won't be able to match his wages! Maybe he'll take a big cut for regular football and to work with Hughes again.

Don't want him to leave City but if he does then Fulham would be my choice.
City will sell and Bellamy is looking to leave
interesting to see if we can work out wages... we CANNOT start paying outrageous wages... it would be trouble...
did he not want to go to Cardiff?
