Fulham - Some New Targets?

Fulham - Some New Targets?

Whilst the discussion rages on regarding how much compensation Ajax want for Martin Jol, it hasn`t taken long for the media to start speculating who Jol would be looking to bring to Craven Cottage.

First up, the media have come up with a familiar name to replace the, supposedly, departing to Arsenal, Mark Schwarzer.

The tabloid red-tops seem to believe that David James has been identified as a replacement and steps will be taken to bring him in.

Secondly, it`s being proposed that Stephen Ireland of Manchester City, will be brought in to stiffen the midfield, despite Aston Villa being keen to bring the Irish international to Villa Park.

Thirdly, with Andrew Johnson going under the surgeon`s knife it`s inferred that Robbie Keane will be brought in to bolster the attacking options.

Out of those three - James, Ireland and Keane - which one would Fulham signing impress you the most?

Could Keane be the next player who's career is revitalised at Fulham? I think he would do well, but there wouldn't be enough room for him and AJ. Ireland would be a good midfield player fr us, but I'm still not keen on James. Give Stockdale a chance I say!

ireland can impress, but can disappear... he's a project... james can be good enough for year. keane can probably still play, but who knows...
