Fulham - A Joe Hart Enquiry!

Although its gone quiet on the Mark Schwarzer to Arsenal transfer front in recent days, mutterings from the media indicate that moves are afoot to source a top-quality replacement.

Many suspected that the forthcoming transfer of Mark would give young David Stockdale the chance to stake a claim for a regular starting spot but that doesn`t appear so now.

Reading between the lines it looks as if Fulham made an audacious swoop to secure the services of Joe Hart, from Manchester City.

The cash-laden club is in the position whereby they have two quality keepers, in Hart and Shay Given, and Fulham had hoped to lure Hart away.

Unfortunately, it seems that Manchester City are intent on letting two of the top keepers in the Premier League fight it out for the coveted green jersey and City have issued a warning that Joe Hart isn`t available for purchase or loan.

Time to look elsewhere!
