Fulham - The Hodgson Situation!

Surveying the media today, I feel a little happier!

With Fabio Capello agreeing, after a heart-to-heart with his employers, to remain as the England manager for the foreseeable future and with Inter Milan now sniffing around Rafa Benitez (again), there is the distinct possibility that (Sir) Roy will remain our manager for next season.

Roy has always re-iterated that he`ll be the boss at Craven Cottage until he`s told otherwise and now, with these two storm clouds starting to move away, I have to say those lingering doubts I had about seeking a last hurrah are dispersing also!

Great news if its true.

As I suggested when Roy was linked with Inter, who would want that job now? It's a lose-lose situation. Win the CL or you've failed. Not much room for error. At this point, my gut feeling is that we'll have Roy for one more season; then he'll be off.

I'll share those sentiments - one last season :-(

Let's make it a good one. Last summer I was convinced we'd only have brede for one more year. I'll take it all as it comes...
