With the kick off less than half an hour away we can reveal the Fulham line up.

Team - Schwarzer, Baird, Hughes, Hangeland, Konchesky, Duff, Etuhu, Murphy, Davies, Gera and Zamora.

Subs - Zuberbuhler, Pantsil, Nevland, Riise, Dempsey, Greening, Dikgacoi

Both Zamora and Duff have passed fitness tests and Baird has been preferred to Pantsil at right back.

It was a wonderful effort guys, you did so so well in the competition and I am absolutely gutted for you. Athletico had to take you into extra time to win which is a testament to your fighting spirit. I am sure that this will lead to much better things for Fulham FC. Thanks for doing this country proud.

Totally gutted! Awful feeling. But, the best team won. Atletico were better on the night and they deserved it. Nevertheless, I'm so proud of our boys. Alas, it was not meant to be. Applause, applause, applause to Fulham, and begrudgingly, applause to Atletico. It was a great season, anyway.
