Fulham - Atletico Madrid T-Shirt Furore!

A common occurrence at final is for the victors to don t-shirts celebrating their success whilst the vanquished slowly trudge back to their dressing room looking very dejected.

Tomorrow night, I sincerely hope its Fulham doing the celebrating and Atletico Madrid with the solemn looks.

Obviously Madrid have other ideas and the grapevine implies that the Spanish side are, as you`d expect, so confident of winning they`ve already printed off celebratory t-shirts to wear.

Now I can`t see anything wrong with that, obviously, if Madrid were to lose then they`d be tossed away in a rubbish skip somewhere.

But the fact that Madrid have pre-empted success seems to have riled some at Fulham Football Club with a quote from an insider, printed in a tabloid today, saying,

"That`s a pretty high-handed attitude. Let`s just hope it winds our lads up even more and helps us win."

Are we to take it that Fulham, being virginal finalists, have done no such thing?

Probably too busy making a muck up of selling the tickets!

maybe it's one thing to do it, and another thing to do it and talk about that fact that you did it... but realistically, it's not that shocking, is it?

I don't care if Atletico have already decorated their parade floats. They still have to go out and win the match.
