'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fulham - Hamburg Countdown (3rd May)

With the Europa League Final fast approaching, Wednesday May 12th, we thought we`d try and give a daily update on the event as it draws nearer.

Today, we`ve learned that to completely differentiate us from Atletico Madrid kit wise, Fulham will wear a special edition third kit. Designated the away team, UEFA were concerned that our second kit would cause the officials confusion.

Tickets, as we all know, are extremely scarce and already we`ve warned those looking for tickets, with our allocation sold out, to be very careful when dealing with anybody promising the earth on our Forum.

Lastly, Bobby Zamora, as we know, remains a doubt for the final and the medical staff are working on his Achilles problem. Bobby will not feature against Stoke on Wednesday and we`ll be very surprised if he`s risked on Sunday against Arsneal.

Speaking about the situation, (Sir) Roy has remarked,

'The medical team will need to work hard with him to ensure his fitness for the final."

Come on Bobby, relax, take the medicine and join the party!

I like the look of the blue kit, but superstitiously, I don't think we play well in it.

it is weird, right? i have the same superstitious thoughts... i think we play our best in our home whites... hopefully that doesn't hold true for the final... it's a shame we can't even wear our away kit... if we win it all, i'll have to buy the third kit with the europa league patch on it, no doubt about it...
