'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fulham - Hodgson is a Wanted Man!

There was always going to be a downside to our Europa League success!

Unfortunately it`s opened the world`s eye (if they were half shut in the first place) to the extraordinary managerial talent that (Sir) Roy Hodgson is.

Now, we`re going to be inundated with gossip linking Roy with a move away from Craven Cottage.

Already, this weekend, the Sunday tabloids have started with Roy being linked with a possible move to Anfield to try and rejuvenate Liverpool`s ailing fortunes.

One tabloid backs up the possibility by printing the following quote, attributed to Roy,

"Would I like to finish my career here?"

"I don`t know. I am only 62 and I don`t know where I will end my days. Let`s see where we go from here and see where that takes us."

If Roy were to leave, and please God no, let it be t take over the national tem not some fading force up north!

Nightmarish thought, but a definite concern.

i don't think i can see (sir) roy being attracted by the situation up north... the owners are a bit of a nightmare, and it's not a great situation to walk into... maybe if the owners sell and then cleans house and fires everyone, i could see him starting fresh, but there is something comforting about fulham i would think in that he knows what he's dealing with... forgive for comparing al fayed to a devil, but as the saying goes, "better the devil you know than the devil you don't know"...

I can't bear the thought of it, but a chance to defend the Europa League is not to be sniffed at...
