Fulham - Gera`s Views on Rotation Policy!

With questions being, reportedly, asked about our massive squad rotation exercise up at Goodison Park on Sunday, Zoltan Gera has stepped forward to have his say.

Gera, who was one of those rested on Sunday, has had an excellent season and is likely to feature prominently on Thursday evening as Fulham chase a place in the Europa League final.

Speaking about the changes, Zoltan had this to say,

'I didn't play against Everton, what's more I didn't even travel with the team. Our manager let me know after the Europa League game (in Hamburg) that I'll be rested in the Premier League with some of my team-mates.'

"I would be lying if I said I didn't like this rest as our past weeks have been very tough. All the games have been very speedy and I could regenerate well during the weekend, especially after our long journeys.

Justifiable reason to rotate the squad we`d say then!

all the lads at everton did ok that team could have beaten a few premership teams or at least held there own

especially after the long drive to germany, you can't begrudge (sir) roy on his team selection

Agree with Roy all the way, and the way they almost got the point away from home against an in-form Everton shows that the team wasn't that weak. Hopefully the PL will see that.

Great job by the lads, really gutted for them....it would be nice to have a good run in the last few prem games. It will give that extra boost to players like pantsil, storey, okaka etc who have missed our european games, plus if we get to the final and we finish 10th on the 9th of may...great job me thinks....actually no fantastic!!!!!
