'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fulham - How Much for Kamara?

Up at Parkhead, as Celtic struggle to come to terms with another Rangers title triumph (well done Steven Davis), a certain Diomansy Kamara mulls over his future.

Kamara has already intimated that he`d like to make his Parkhead stay permanent, remarking,

"I have a good feeling here.`

"I was unlucky with my hamstring injury earlier but I have enjoyed my time here. I was a bit sad when Mowbray left because I had a good rapport with him. But Celtic are bigger than any coach or player and I want to stay."

"I love this club but, in football, you are never sure what will happen. Sometimes you might want to stay at a club but end up playing elsewhere."

With a price tag of 3.5 million reportedly wanted to turn hi sloan spell into a permanent move, plus all the add-ons, those last few words of Diomansy`s quotes might just prove to be so, so correct!

I dont understand why roy let him go we could have done with him maybe he just wanted more first team football or just knock off a few thou of the wage bill me thinks but I quite liked the guy big part in helping us stay up

two tremendous goals at Man City I recall!
Al Billy
Thought he was sh:t when he played for us, pacy, with a bit of skill but head down and no idea where he was going, no end product, if you get that sort of money i'd keep quiet and rip their arm off

I'm not a big fan and those two goals he scored at Man City two years ago are not enough justification to keep him around. I'm not that sentimental. 3.5m sounds fine to me. That's a 2.5m loss, but you can send that bill to Lawrie Sanchez.

argreed teddy... i don't think we've missed him... say goodbye to the kamara era...

I think overall he did not produce consistently but at crucial times he has scored some great goals....i shall never forget his late late over head equaliser at the cottage to draw against the spurs 3-3. I hope we get something for him...yes...time to move on joe, but thanks for those goals!!!
