With one eye on the tremendous spectacle head of us on Thursday evening many suspected that a few familiar faces may be missing from the starting eleven up at Goodison Park.

And that has proven to be the case with (Sir) Roy Hodgson selecting the following starting eleven:-

Fulham - Schwarzer, Pantsil, Baird, Smalling, Shorey, Riise, Dempsey, Greening, Dikgacoi, Okaka, Nevland

Backed up by the following seven substitutes:-

Subs - Zuberbuhler, Kelly, Stoor, Buchtmann, Briggs, Teymourian, Elm

I wonder who will start whinging next about us fielding a weakened side? I don't blame Roy one bit. I'd do the same thing.
