'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fulham - Keen on Costa Rican Winger!

It would appear, if the gossip columns have gauged the rumours right, that (Sir) Roy Hodgson aims to splash out big-time this summer.

The Daily Mirror carries a small article that implies Fulham are chasing the FC Twente winger, Ryan Ruiz.

Ruiz, a Costa Rican, is twenty-four years of age and has attracted a lot of interest from around Europe, mostly from Spanish clubs.

Valued at 10 million, the Costa Rican has, reputedly, expressed an interest in moving to England and according to the tabloid Roy seems him as the ideal candidate to allow Fulham to move onwards and upwards and capitalise on their Europa League achievements this season.

We`ll endeavour to keep a watch on this one in case something concrete materialises.

It's Bryan Ruiz, I believe. 10m... I'm surprised Fulham is even thinking about that kind of money for an Eredivisie player. Seems to the real deal, though. Something like 23 goals in 32 appearances. Can't complain about that ratio.

Our european success holds the key to the summer transfer market. We have made ourselves known through our performance and if we win this i really think we will be able to attract some big names so we can get that 7th spot again, or even 6th!!!
