Fulham - Hodgson in Verbal Spat!

Those perennial moaners, over at Upton Park, seem to have gotten (Sir) Roy Hodgson`s back seriously up.

With the relegation bound (we hope) East London club still harping on about the weakened side (Sir) Roy chose to field at the KC Stadium last Saturday and now looking as if their threat to issue a complaint is going to become a reality , (Sir) Roy has hit back, remarking,

"I don`t think West Ham should be picking our team. If there is a complaint my conscience is perfectly clear and we don`t have a case to answer."

"We chose a team including a player just sold for £10 million, a South African international and Clint Dempsey who is a USA international. I can`t understand why you can`t change things."

"I can`t imagine anyone ever questioning Chelsea, Liverpool or Manchester United for using the players they have in their squad."

"I have a good squad and there are lots of players I can use."

Whatever next I cry! Like we`ve said previously, West Ham should take a close look at their own inept performances if / when they go down, not clutch at straws!

seriously... tell west ham to ask spain if dempsey's a world class striker... get over it... and i know it's just the management, so i wish nothing on the fans, but please get your head out of the dirt...

Zola says he has no problem with the team Roy put on the field at Hull, and all indications are that the majority of the West Ham fans don't either, so this is completely a Sullivan/Gold issue.

and I hope they fall flat on their pug-ugly faces!

I can see them getting turned over big time this Saturday at Everton!
Putney
you're not the only one 5-0 anybody?
Fulham Badger
How dare they, as if Roy has to answer to a second rate team owned by two of the strangest men in business. I truly feel for Zola and the players. Going down I'm afraid! Oops!
