'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fulham - Zamora is a Wolfsburg Doubt!

Just what we didn`t want to hear!

With the first leg of our Europa League quarter-final just a little over twenrty-four hours away, news has filtered through that all is not well with our top scorer, Bobby Zamora.

According to reports received Bobby was sent home from training today with a heavy cold prompting (Sir) Roy Hodgson to remark,

"He [Zamora] came in today [Wednesday] with a cold so we decided not to take any chances with this beautiful Spring weather we`re having at the moment! Rather than send him out into the Arctic conditions we sent him home in the hope that he will be fit on Thursday."

He`s in our starting eleven. We`re trying to play what we think is our best Team on Thursday and it would be a great disappointment to me, the Club and the fans if he`s not able to play."

It would be an absolute disaster (Sir) Roy!

Nope. Not what I wanted to hear. I have every confidence he'll be ready, but if not, we'll just do the best we can.
