Fulham - Don`t Read Too Much Into It!

Fulham - Don`t Read Too Much Into It!

This made me laugh out loud!

Stumbling around the internet I found a lovely little article whereby we`re told that our head of recruitment Malcolm Elias has spotted a promising youngster.

The lad in question is currently playing for the Blue Square Premier side, Histon and his name is Callum Stewart

He`s been invited to train with Fulham, for three days and we`re given a little bit of background on his situation by the Histon boss, Alan Lewer who is quoted as saying,

'Callum has gone down there for three days' training.'

'Malcolm's seen him play a couple of times and has been asking me about him."

'He's gone there to train with their Under-19s and to see if he can cope with that, and Fulham will see if they like him."

'Callum was at Ipswich before he joined us and he enjoys the full-time training, but I wouldn't read too much into it.'

So, in a nutshell, he`s on a jolly so don`t read too much into it!
