Fulham - Dempsey on Ambition!

Fulham - Dempsey on Ambition!

Fingers crossed everyone!

A decent ninety minutes up at White Hart Lane could give us a second golden midweek result, a result to rival the one we achieved against Juventus last Thursday.

Wembley is tantalisingly close and after having not been there since 1975, Fulham Football Club, it`s players, it`s staff and it`s wonderful supporters could all do with a day out, or should the be two?

On the eve of the FA Cup quarter-final replay, Clint Dempsey has spoken about how it`s essential we don`t rest on our laurels with just a semi-final place (if we beat Spurs) but press on, when he remarks,

"It would be good to reach the FA Cup semi-final but we want to do more than just that."

"You don`t want to get one step closer to the final and not go all the way. If you want to do something special in your career this is the opportunity to do it."

"Hopefully we can take advantage of the opportunities we have."

Is there a sniff of an all West London FA Cup Final in the air?

Lads, just play your best and I'll be proud to accept whatever result we're handed.
