Fulham - Sheringham on Zamora

Fulham - Sheringham on Zamora

They say it takes one to know one!

And even though this one spent much of his career playing for Spurs and Manchester United it has to be acknowledged that he does know his stuff.

So when Teddy Sheringham starts to extol the virtues of our man, Bobby Zamora, then perhaps it`s time for somebody, in Soho Square, to give the lad a chance.

Speaking about our current top scorer, Teddy has remarked,

"If you had said Zamora for England three months ago everyone would have laughed."

"I think he is an exceptional player."

"He has got everything a centre-forward can have and scores goals as well."

"He leads the line very well, is decent in the air, scores with both feet, is very aware and knows his position and I wouldn`t be adverse to throwing him in. He wouldn`t find it a problem."

Yet another convert to the Bobby for England campaign!
